Abundant safety and exterior work lighting, significant slotting for watermain keys and other required tools or materials. Built-in hardtop counters offer flexible workspace throughout most of the interior of the unit – including space for workstations or paperwork as required. The ISU is constructed by skilled experts using the utmost care and pride of workmanship in every unit.

A TESTAMENT TO QUALITY CUSTOMIZATION.

CONSTRUCTION

A closer look at the unit shows significant slotting for watermain keys and other required tools or materials. The built-in diesel powered EASY KLEEN boiler unit is plumbed directly into the vehicle fuel tank for ease of use. All required venting and safety protocols are incorporated into the build. Welded and galvanized components throughout the build create heavy duty, corrosion resistant hooks and shelving that can serve a variety of functions.

FLOORING

The RHINO lined floor with channels provides a durable and slip resistant surface. This flooring configuration is built to be quickly and easily hosed off for cleaning and maintenance. This ITB Steamworks Unit features floor level vented heating to ensure a comfortable work environment for the Operators.

STORAGE

This unit features integrated shelving, racking and parts storage. Please note at floor level the storage and enclosed generator cabinets. The shelving units are strategically positioned for access by exterior work crews requiring parts or tools. Workers can also access boiler controls through the side door opening.

ELECTRICAL

Electrical and electronic components are painstakingly positioned and compiled into and exceptionally clean and accessible controls panel. Equipped with a 5000-Watt Inverter, it turns your generated 12-volt power into everyday usable 115-volt electricity. Workspaces have ample electrical power outlets with USB charging.
